Spare wheel for Turbo Trainer

Hi,
Assistance needed, i would like to know what cheap wheels are about as i simply want a wheel to be used as my turbo trainer wheel so that i don't have to keep changing my tyre on my rear wheel, I currently have a Giant SCR 1 with IOU 333 wheels and as i am only a beginner i don't really want to spend a fortune on wheels when the ones i have are fine out riding outside. I use my turbo trainer alot and will continue to use it in the evenings and will be out on rides at wknds so it would be easier to fine a cheap wheel with a 105 cassette.
any idea's?
are these any good? Shimano WH-RS10 700c Road Bike Wheels - Black - seem to be going for around 60 quid on ebay.

Just about anything will do for a turbo rear wheel. I got a new Shimano Wh-500 for under £40 in a sale - works just fine for turbo use.

don't put your bike through it at all, just get an old boneshaker for a few quid and use that0
