Hi all,
Have been looking at replacing my very old RST forks. Looking to spend upto around £200. My aim is to put them on a full suss frame with around 4" travel, but for the time being they will need to go on my old Marin Nail Trail frame.
So far I have found:
RockShox Tora 302 Fork Coil U-Turn with Poploc £203.99
RockShox Tora 318 Coil U-Turn Fork £215.99
Marzocchi MX Pro LO Air 100/120mm Travel Fork £161.96
Anyone got any other recommendation or comments about the above forks?

Tora 318 is the best of the 3 of your choices
or if it will fit (due to a cut steerer tube @195mm) the Reba: http://www.merlincycles.co.uk/?fn=produ ... egoryId=18 would be better than the Tora.0 -
Cheers Andy,
The Reba only has 100mm of travel though and I was hoping to get 120-130mm0 -
Then you might want to think about getting a 5" travel frame ?0

I haven't identified the frame, but the ones I am looking at have between 4-5 inch travel. I am looking at getting the frame off ebay, but my current forks are screwed0

With 2009 reba's you can extend the travel to 120mm for around extra £20 from merlin.
That is for All Travel models, not U-Turn0 -
You can get Tora 318 solo air from some places for 150 quid.0

Supersonic, how do they compare to RS Recon SL's or 327 from Merlin?0

Bit heavier, but better internals ie the Motion Control damper.0 -
Cheers for all the replies. Still haven't made my mind up. There are some 2009 Rock Shox Tora SL Solo Air + PopLoc on ebay for £120. Might be worth a pop0
