any opinions on kona caldera 2006 ?

Been offered a 2006 kona caldera in mint condition for £200, im not stupid I know its cheap at that price but it wont be for me anyway it would be for my brother as a first "proper" mountain bike, so just wondered if anyone has any opinions/tips/bad points ?

Was 700 quid in 2006, nice spec but let down by the nasty fork.0 -
Yeah i saw one for £799 (old advert) and one selling for 450 new from winstanley !!!! yep read that about the fork, but surely for the money its gonna be a cracking starter bike xt, hayes etc only thing now its turned into a argument between both of my brothers who want it ha ha - let the best man win !!
