The company I work for are contemplating a C2W scheme, I hope they avoid the Halfords route.

My C2W scheme is through halfords I got a boardman road comp, the bike's great the staff at my local one are good enough the problem I've had is stock with warranty parts.
I've had to have 2 new LH tiagra shifters the first one took 2 weeks for them to sort out and the second has taken 3 weeks I took it in on thursday when the thing came in but they can't fix it until tomorrow

My next bike I'm going to pay pay full RRP from a small decent shop with a good reputation. :)
