if your sticking with flatties then 5:10's as above, very grippy on the pegs apparantly, (never tried them)
i used to use (still have them in the shed) some cannondale shoes, they were infinately more confortable than my old trainers for cycling, and they had the plug in the bottom for spd's if needed (whihc were in the end), would definately recommend some cycling specific shoes, just depends what style your thinkoing of, flatties or spd's,Timmo.

Or try these, cheaper too and from a reputable source.

Hahahaha, you did read the bit that said "Item discontinued - no longer available to purchase." right?
And Burgtec are a very reputable source, the link is to their ebay shop.0 -
MeddlE - No offence to E-Bay intended, I often trade on there myself. Personally I would still rather buy cycle stuff from the specialist, but that is my choice. Yes, the ones I linked are discontinued, but plenty more choice on that site. To qualify, I meant that CRC are a reputable source, not that the others on E-Bay are not!
To the original poster, if you google five ten mtb you will find many links, and as a mtb shoe I can recommend them highly, they stick like poo to a blanket!Ridley Orion0 -

i have these shoes and stick very well to my V8 s. The flap over the laces is also very good for helping to keep the wet stuff out. Would ve gone for the 5 10s but the protective flap on the 56 s did it for me.0
