I fell off and bashed up my leg but today is NBD

yes, I'm really sore and can't ride - had to come in to work on the Discovery!!! I crashed the top of my thigh against a concrete block and it's really sore. There is no outward visible sign of injury so I'm getting no sympathy at home.

BUT today is New Bike Day - my new Spesh Rockhopper will come. Not quite sure how much I'll be able to ride but I'll manage, even if it's just a quick juant round Graffham.

    My NBD was today, Spesh Rockhopper Pro, looks awesome, hope your leg gets better and you can get out riding 100% soon.
