Big bike ride

Been out for a ride on my usual route 10 miles. Pulled over to have a chat to a young couple on touring bikes. They had travelled through Vietnam over to Cambodia on to Bangkok and down to Phuket Thailand. Now that's a proper bike ride. Put's my 10 miles to shame but it has give me motivation to keep on riding.

Why not set yourself a target ride for 'x' weeks/months time?

Something attainable - perhaps 50 miles over a weekend?

See it as an incentive......
