Hello All,
I'm trying to convince my boss to start a junior road bike team. However, although I've taught kids to ride bikes I've never trained anyone. Is there a handbook which exists for this sort of thing?
Cheers,
Steve

    Check out Amazon.

THB though, you would probably need to a training course to leanr how to train others, no help to yourself but some of the local authorities around where I am (Surrey, Kingston Borough) train people up to do that.

Maybe you could book one for when/if you are back in the UK?

For starters you could get a copy of Cycling Weekly's Spring fitness special - I assume you can get UK magazines in HK. It won't teach you how to train, but it has lots of useful tips about training.
