Parkers cable cutters (Any good ?)

Has anyone used the above cable cutters ?
Any good or shall I just buy a dearer pair ?

    they are OK but there are better.

    I use a pair of Knipex cutters which are in effect a small pair of bolt cutters. Had them for many years and still cutting cleanly, particularly in the last year or so since I ditched using cables on my bike. Only got hydro hoses now.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
