Cant be pulled, only way of doing spot dents on a car really is to drill it and use the hole for a small slide hammer. How deep is it? Doesn't sound bad if there are no creases or cracks. Mine got dents in the downtube near the BB from rocks hitting it on its maiden voyage...

  • My HT has a dent in the top tube when something got dropped on it. It hasn't had any effect on how the bike rides, or how I ride it though.

check for cracks in all the welds at each end of the tube, i put a dent in the top tube of my mates bike and a week later the weld of seatstays to seat tube snapped for keep an eye out.

I'd get it checked by a reputable LBS, what are you using the bike for?
