Has anyone here taken part in the Central London CTC The Suburban Breakout 100km?
To be honest the whole idea of Audax's of getting you brevet stamped etc. and the other rules kind of put me off. However I want to get some experience of riding in a group and since this starts not too far from where I live may be a good starter.

Hi - I did it a couple of years ago... nice country lanes, rather flat apart from a few short steep climbs... I now ride the course regularly as part of my training. It's a small and informal event with a nice atmosphere.FabDach0

I might try this. I do live at the starting line so no excuses there!
More interested in the 200km 'Muswell Hills' though; I cover a lot of the 100km on my usual route. Thanks for the heads up
