Bearing cups - help!

I recieved my new bearings today. (Gusset EXP 19mm US BMX) these are running with EXP cranks/axle. My problem is:

The bearings come in a 'Cup' that presses somehow into the frame. My Mongoose has these in already, and for love nor money will they come out. I tried to bash them out with a driver to now avail. So, I left the old cups in, and put the bearings straight in. There is about a 0.8mm difference, so the axle/bearings are slightly wobbly in there, ever so slightly but it's driving me mad. I packed the bearings etc out with teflon grease, but I know this will bug me.

Do you think my LBS would be able to firstly remove the old bearing cups, and then fit the new set?

I can't do it as I am without a stand/suitable tools for the job.

And if I leave it as is, what will happen?

Thanks

Thanks Nick - I kinda knew/expected that I would have to get them changed, just bugged me not being able to get them out. I like to do my own mechanics where possible, and am now determined to get a stand and a bigger hammer!!!

I'll drop it down to them tomorrow.

The bikes coming on lovely though, nice getting it all restored/new parts etc (hasn't cost me that much actually for once) BMX parts are so much cheaper!

Thanks for the advice Nick, I did *try* to do a search but was typing in the wrong thing probably!!!
