Looks like the guy all in black (not so much of a problem in the daytime) has come the wrong way up a one-way street (not sure that there is a reverse cycle lane on that street), whilst hi-viz man (I presume) has RLJ'ed:- Result: immediate justice!0

No contraflow cycle lane unless I'm riding up the 20 yard stretch of road, this is literally just round the corner from me and the 2 junctions of Stokes Croft/City Road & Stokes Croft/Jamaica Street are known for RLJing. They are in the process of changing the road layout at these 2 junctions as there have been 13 personal injury accidents at these junctions. No end of road layout/traffic priority changes will stop RLJers. There was also a fatality at the crossing which had nothing to do with road layout or anything the council could have done other than point out to the European residents that the traffic in the UK travels in a different direction to that of their homeland.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0
