Cheshire Cat - 2 spare places on the 66 mile ride

Due to football injuries exacerbated by skiing and bad weather causing lack of training on my part and quite a serious illness on my wife's part there are 2 places going in the Cheshire Cat 66 mile ride to the first takers. I believe it's possible to pass info securely and privately but not sure how to do it exactly, can anyone tell me.
Very disappointed as have done the first two and was looking forward to the change of route. Went out last Sunday for first ride since early Jan and only 15 miles done me in!
