Does anybody ride in the Romford/Brentwood area of Essex. I am looking for training rides at the weekends and a bit of companionship while riding. I am currently doing around 20 mile rides but am looking to step this up with my goal being my first 100 mile ride, maybe towards the end of the summer. Anybody interested in joining in?
