They're all about the same. You'll get people recommending what they happen to have.
Neither will get you up to pressure like track pump unless you're hulk hogan, just buy the crappy co2 one from LBS it'll do fine, i bought a Topeak jobbie can't remember the exact one but it cost more than my track pump sdo i assumed it'd be up to a decent job.......................Wrong! CO2 pump was just as good and a fraction of the price.
However i have got terribly weak arms so i stand to be corrected.winter beast: http://i497.photobucket.com/albums/rr34 ... uff016.jpg

Only buy a CO2 if you're using it for speed in a race of some sort - Tris basically.
If you flat and you cock up the change - then you would be stuffed without another canister. Seems an expensive way to pump air into a tyre to me.0 -
I use a Lezyne Pressure Drive (Med).
Yep, I know, I'm bound to recommend it.
In the last 6 months I could have sold it 2 or 3 times over, to people I've helped with punctures.
It's small(ish), light, fast and pumps to 120psiStumpjumper FSR 09/10 Pro Carbon, Genesis Vapour CX20 ('17)Carbon, Rose Xeon CW3000 '14, Raleigh R50

I've got a Topeak 'micro rocket' and it is class. It is small enough to put in a pocket, but pumps up tyres really quickly.
I used to have a CrankBrothers mini pump and it was absolute pants, it was one with the hi - lo volume dial - AVOID.

Can't imagine bothering with a pump any more. CO2 for me. I'd run out of tubes before I run out of air. Getting 110psi into a tyre with a silly little pump isn't much fun.0

I pump mine up to about 95 PSI now - better ride for me and it was what the Conti mechanic advised. Less p's now too.0
