Bladdy smelly London

So, I'm riding home last night, I didn't have time in the afternoon to eat and had quite a small lunch at midday, so I was quite hungry.
Naturally I'm constantly assailed by lovely curry aromas coming from the various eateries on my route (and there are lots of them over 12 miles).
By the time I got home I had practically gone feral with hunger (lucky for him that the cat shot out the back door or he might have been dinner) so straight on with jeans and a shirt and down to the local for a huge curry banquet that frankly, well, I don't quite know how I fitted it in.
Missus came home later and found me stetched out on the sofa unable to move; so much for cycling being heathly.

Excellent work! You've done yerself proud!
I don't often come home that hungry, but I do get in and have to raid the fridge for a snack every so often.
The trick, if I'm really disciplined, is to drink a pint of water and have a cracker. Then wait 20 mins. If the hunger hasn't abated by then, it's hammer time! But it usually has..0 -
