Anyone familiar with Cat Eye computers?

I bought a new battery for my Cat Eye Strada Computer and I've lost all the data from the computer. I've also lost the instructions, so I was wondering if anyone knew what number you enter (ie. 9065) when you have a tyre size 700 x 28?

measure the circumference of the tyre along a tape measure (valve to valve) and that's the accurate number for your bike.
