you know what. I don't have a clue?

Didn't ask, wasn't told. Sat on it, said yep thats about right, went and rode it! Not a ruler or tape measure in sight (apart from setting sag of course)

glad to be part of the gang! Just waiting for the clock to tick 5 before I can get out there and ride it again!

pdid, as you can see I went for fox forks in the end. The fact is I will never be able to afford fox again straight out the box new, whislt Reba's are roughly the same price as some new stanchions and a service at Merlin at the moment.

Oh and I am a weight weenie

TBH I thought you were swinging toward the Fox's, all that matters is that you enjoy the bike, and you will!

I'd guess the stem is 110mm?, thats what came on mine.

And I replaced my original one RaceFace with an alternative 90mm one, great choice! :-)
One of those things I never asked originally, I was just thinking NEW BIKE Mmmm.

I guess initially it should be determined by the frame size, but I got the impression they used whatever was in stock and came to hand?!..

I read a line somewhere recently referring to Merlin as Britains oldest/biggest (one or the other?) "boutique bike builder", made me chuckle.

    Nice Lobster!

I fitted a 90mm to mine (it was a custom build so didn't come with anything) - feels a bit short i think, although i'm getting more and more used to it the more i ride.

    Great bikes.
