In the Left Corners sporting red, white and black is the ever spectacular The Prince.

It's challenger, one half of two nearly identical bikes we have Cervelo Bike 2.

Seriously, whose faster Jash and Greg 66? In a race who would win?

Have fun with this one! Any examples of 'feats of awesomeness' from either competitor would be greatly appreciated as well as trash talk from the competitors themself.

Have fun!

I voted DDD, because he live in Wimbledon.....and I have no idea of Jash or the Gregsters speed.....or in fact, DDD's.

This can only be settled with Pugil sticks or in a Mud wrestling ring....

Jash has age and no back problems... Greg boasts about his smaller ring... dunno

DDD is this a weak distraction tactic?

We're not fooled, I still haven't forgotten your war on SSFG
Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.
Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
Rule #12 // The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.
Rule #42 // A bike race shall never be preceded with a swim and/or followed by a run.

    I'm certain I haven't!

I used to have a really handy training device - a turbo - that you could hook to the computer. I wonder what I did with it?:wink::D

    A race?

Well I suppose that Gladiatiorial combat would be out as in fairness watching two men whose combined weights in KGs doesn't exceed my waist measurent (in feet) would be a long and dull process.

However - if forced I would have to equip Greg with a Trident, dressed like Marilyn Munroe with a gash of red lipstick smeared across his face, like the joker in batman( he has all the kit already so don't worry about that). I'd equip Jash with Ninja Nun-chukkas (I've no idea how to spell that - I'm sure some martial arts spotter can help me out) resplendent in French maids kit.

To liven things up I'd patrol the arena on a unicycle with a pig spear to encourage them to fight rather than discuss their respective bikes colour schemes.

My money is on other Greg, he may be knocking on for 90 but he's a cunning old dog, well used to fighting whilst wearing a dress.

After the horrors of winter I was very nearly swayed into joing the SS/FG crew. NEVER!!!!

The war still rages on, I scalped one yesterday.

Anywho don't try and change the subject...

But your a burd! That's not fair, you'll just wear shorts and a very carefully positioned thong and then I won't be able to overtake you...

I'm holding out on answering as I've only borne witness to 2 of the options speed.......I have yet to see just how fast G66 is, unfortunately DDD's description of "apocalyptic" has no frame of reference for me and having seen JA on ill Principle during the Marlborough Loop I'm beginning to get an understanding of what "proper quick" is!

Personally I think one is faster than the other. May even be the fastest out of all us SCR types... But they both deliver speed differently

Jash is more swift (fleet footed with the spinning) whereas, from what I remember, Greg looks like he is more powerful. Though to be honest when I riding with Greg I probably was holding him back and preventing him from outright spinning....

DDD let it go, I think you're developing an unhealthy attraction to an older much older man, Greg's just not your type

Has to be Greg - both have excellent bikes and as I've never seen either of them in action I have to go on hearsay rumour etc - however Greg comes across as leaned and meaner and therefore I go for Greg

Linsen v DDD? Linsen of course

Sounds like the Colour of Money to me. G66 is Paul Newman and Jash is Tom Cruise. Fast Eddie (G66) now middle-aged, finds the image of his youthful self in a hustler named Vincent (Jash). Both of them talk a good game, but who's got the bottle when the flag drops???

Jash should win this, but in my mind Greg will be looking something like this during the race:

But for the fact that I can't trackstand, I have an image of me & Jash trackstanding at the top of the banking of a velodrome, eyeballing each other, and waiting for the other to go balls out for the finish.

I reckon after the first 72 hours one of us would fall over.

There is a time and a place to sort it out! 8)

Couple of catches though, Jash will have to stick a helmet on and the Cervelo might not be roadworthy
