Changing rotors?

Hey
I have ugly magura louise discs and are very basic.
Can I change for nicer ones like the blue spider hope ones?
If yes how do I know what widith or depth i need, or are they standard width.
If any of that made sense..

need the same braking surface thickness, radial depth and overall radius.
You also need to be careful that the brake won't foul on the rivets of the hope rotors. Best bet it to phone hope up, they're pretty good about this sort of thing.0 -
Have just emailed hope as really want those rotors.

Well hope just got back to me.
Maybe I should buy hope brakes, you would never prob get a response from shimano that quick.
They dont know if they would fit.
Has anyone else tried putting hope rotors on?0
