Summer base layer advice

Hi I'm looking for a white base layer with sleeves for warm weather.

I have a sleeveless trisuit that I want to use for TTs, but the lack of sleeves means it's technically against the rules. Easiest way round seems to buy a baselayer with sleeves to wear underneath it.

I'm open to long sleeve or short sleeve, but got to be white, not warm (I'll be using it through the summer) and properly close fitting to go with skinsuit.

Any recommendations please?

PS I don't want to spend £70 on an Assos one!

I use a Rapha merino wool baselayer, which I find very good. You dont even know your wearing it after a while. Totally does the job - Id recommend it.

Prendas.co.uk do some really cheaply and really good - they are also used by Cavendish and other pros.
