stolen from outside my flat last night (near the trainstation in oxford)

brooks saddle,
brooks tape (which has gone quite green!)
carbon post
bull bars
sks steel pedals
has my initials on it ANW
has an oxfordshire county council sticker on it
mavic open pro rims with gatorskin tyres.

GUTTED!

    months on.... and tonight i get a call from the police. ITSBEEN RECOVERED WHOOOOOOOP.

    going to pick it up on monday.

    and yes, it was very recognisable, the stickers were bloody ugly though.

    where was it recovered from in Oxford? Live in Oxford so know the area, my bets are on the Leys area and elsewhere in that direction.

    Having worked for the police in Oxford, I have to say they're better than most at recovering, identifying and re-uniting bikes. Glad you got it back! A couple of guys in the office there really know their bikes, and have an eye for a bike that will be missing it's owner.
