New Bike Sizing

Hi all, I'm looking for a little advice on the Bianchi Via Nirone 7 Sora bike. I'm 6'2, ~200lbs, inseam 36".
From reading that puts me at a 58.5 (90cm * .65) sized bike. I've also read that the calculations could be .67 marking me at 60.3.
The bike I had to test ride was a Schwinn Le Tour '08 model. They don't really give much information on it other than it was a Large.
The dealer by me only carries Schwinn and Specialized. I really like what I've been reading about the Bianchi Via Nirone.
Does anyone have experience comparing Schwinn to Bianchi as far as frame sizes? Is 1cm +/- going to make a difference? Also, what's the stand over height of the top tube for the Bianchi?
The sizes this bike comes in is 57,59,61.
Thanks

Is (90cm * .65) a standard measurement for finding your frame size? ie inside leg measurement in cm * 0.65?0

If you're a beginner you might not notice ±1cm change.
If you're 185 or 6'2" tall, I would go for the 59cm bike, assuming that's the centre-centre meausurement.
To give you an idea:
I ride a 56-57 and I am 180cm tall. 56cm is generally a perfect fit for me.
I also have a 61cm rental bike and that tends to get rented out to people 190+ cm tall.0
