Disc brake vibration

Hi there,
I have Avid Juicy 3 hygraulic disc brakes.
Lately I've noticed a bad vibration on my rear brake, when braking and turning at the same time. If I brake in a straight line no vibration, when I'm leaning or turning I get the vibration.
I've checked everything is tightened up, is this a common thing or do the calipers need realigning?
