Les Gets, France - Passportes du Soleil
Is anyone over in Les Gets for the 2009 passportes du soleil? The MTB Pass'Portes du Soleil is a mountain bike trek ranging from 1000 to 2250m in altitude and that takes you into both France and Switzerland. The 75km trek takes one day and technical assistance and massage points will be dotted around the route. There are 7 simultaneous starting points on the circuit and a maximum of 1500 participants are allowed per day. Riders can choose whether to ride it on Saturday or Sunday. At the same time, the Bike and Mountain Bike Show will be held in Morzine involving numerous events such as; MTB trial demos, the impossible climb, Kona-Dirt Show, children's circuits, bike-handling workshops, test-riding of display bikes, concerts and more! Been boarding in Avoriaz which is part of the Pasports du Soleil. Was immense for boarding.. Saw all the MTB signs when we were there.
