tigra long rear mech

ive decided to replace my 8 speed triple chainset with the tigra 4503 triple chainset, and also replace my rear mech with a tigra one will i need a long arm one for the triple chainset

    Yes - having recently done the same. I read a medium one will go at a push but the short cage is a no no.

    Shimano only do the Tiagra range in SS and GS models. You need the RD-4500-GS.

    I have an unused Tiagra GS rear mech - bought to upgrade my wife's old bike but she bought a new one. £20 posted (£37 in Wiggle).
