I'm 40 (ish), reasonably fit -run, swim, bike - but none that well.
Have dabbled in Triathlon, but to be honest prefer cycling in all it's forms.
I'd like to find a small gang of like minded road cyclist to do a regular(ish) sunday morning road route with - ideally around a group of 3-5 of us would be great.
I'm not too slow, but no super speedy racer either - like to ride a reasonable pace, but chat as well - looking to go out for 3-4 hours max on a Sunday morning while my girlfriend is otherwise engaged in Triathlon training!
Is there anyone else out there in or around Wollaton in Nottingham who would like to join me?

That's my old home patch. Sadly haven't lived there for quite a while but it warms the cockles of my heart to see Wollaton mentioned on the forum (Mum lives on Appledore). If any of my old chums are interested I'll pass it on to you (though if I'm honest we have more of a quarterly email-type relationship), or if I'm there on a Sunday......0
