new xt rear mech!

new bikes just arrived, and is jumping 2nd and third!

im no tech god and adjusting the screws will only make it worse with out guidence :shock:

but the rear mech also looks bent! it doesnt line in vertically, its leaning over to the outside of the bike! is this normal?

    in that case call them and explain the problem.

    bent mech hanger and maybe a damaged rear mech.

    check the bike over of any other damage and do not use it.

    sorted it i took it too halfords and they scratcehed there heads and said they weent sure just bend it back! :D

    so i was gunna replace the mech hanger cos i thought i got a spare but it was for a bolt through :oops:

    but when i took it off it had a slight build up of paint in one corner so i cut it back with a stanley knife............woohoo worked slight trweek with a screw, full working order!!!! :D:):lol:

    still got a chip in the revs brace im no miricle worke, but flew round the woods about an hr ago,
