Does anyone have an idiots guide :oops: to setting these up from new. Marzocchi site and owners manual is VERY sketchy at best. 
What does each knob do (in laymans terms), how much pressure (for an 11.5 stone 43 year old git) and where to put it :?:
All I need is a ball park setting to get me out there where it counts. Once I have a point I can always go back to I dont mind twiddling away when I'm out playing to get things feeling right 8)
