www.prendas.co.uk have Santini bib shorts that go up to 4XL. However, the waist measurement isn't particularly important when it comes to bib shorts, as it can stretch a lot. The Prendas guys are awesome though, so if you phone them and tell them what you need they'll probably be able to tell you exactly what size you need.0

DHB's XXL size is for a 44" waist, and all of their shorts are available in this size. None of them have a padded liner though, so wearing bibshorts underneath would be a good idea.0
