9 Speed cranks on 10 Speed bike

Could do with a bit of reassurance.

I've ordered some compact cranks 48/34 for some hilly rides, and have opted to keep to the pre UT cranks (current set up Veloce 2006)

So, managed to locate some cheap cranks from GB Cycles, but have just noticed that they are for the 9 speed EXA!

Will these be OK on my set up?

    Cheers, I thought just my luck I never manage to blag a bargain :)

    Just one other quick query if you don't mind?

    Which crank puller is suitable, do I really need the campag, or will the Park Tool CCP-2, do the job just as well?

    I promise, no more questions?
