profile century arm rest moving position

bought a pair of these 21nd hand tand i need to change the positions of the arm rests on the supports to i have to take the pads off to do this? or how do i go about doing it

    It's been a while since I had a pair of these but I think the bolt holding the arm rests on is right in the middle of the rest so you should be able to undo it by pushing an allen key through the foam pads.
