Sportives for younguns

Hi all,

I am 16 and have been roading for a few years now and want to start getting a bit more serious by doing races, sportives and the like.

i was wondering if anyone could recommend a good starting sportive - can i even enter them at my age? - if so nothing over 100 miles

I live in Bath but would be willing to travel a bit, but not too far.
