good trails round essex

me and my mates, lots now are getting into MTB, are looking for some nice easy to get to days out.

are there any good trails around except thetford, danbury and epping forest that people know about?

were not expert technical riders but like a wee challenge.

depends what kind of riding your into i know a couple around chelmsford, but have not personally used them myself so cant give you 100% recommendation but they look good, one is full of jumps and ramps and half pipe made out of mud with some trails but not many - more for jumps to be fair.

The other is like a massive playground but i am very unsure whether it is on private land, me and my friends went down there today and had an explore, looks very cool, due to the nature of this one i shouldnt really expose it on a public forum, if you PM me, we could maybe chat or arrnage to meet up and see what you think for yourself?

Why not come to Thordon, there's over 35 miles of mixed trails and some bomb holes.

Go and look at a regular ride in essex under rides.
