Problem inflating trainer tyre

I bought one of the blue Tacx trainer tyres (at a discount because the shop had ran out of the Contis) but am having trouble keeping it inflated.
After wrestling the thing on to the rim and putting some air into it, the inner tube squirmed between the rim and bead and then burst. So with slightly worse hearing I moved on to tube #2. This one stayed inflated for one session but a few minutes ago deflated whilst in use. Again the bead had popped out. On both occasions the bead has come out next to the valve.
So I ask you, how on earth do I stop this happening!? There doesn't seem to be enough room for the valve and the tyre in the rim :?
