What rubber for the lakes?

Riding in the lake district in a couple of months time, I'm currently running nobby nic front and ralph's on the rear. Would these be deemed a little fragile for the terrain around the lakes and, if so, any recommendations?

I really like the lightweight feel of the Schwalbes so something similar but a little more hard wearing perhaps.

If you like the Nic's then try the Fat Albert loads of grip
Just a fab tyre, should be fine up there

A friend uses the Fat Albert up front and a Nic on the rear has he likes to
kick the rear out when going into the corners
