    Really? I thought you could ride pretty much anything in a sportive? Although I could see why they might not like full-on aero bars.

    I reckon you'd probably be OK - but why those ? Fine for short distance stuff - but drops are much better for hand positions ?

    The lack of handholds can be uncomfortable for anything but short distances
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
