cycle partner

hello, i live in Portsmouth and am looking for a cycling partner, i like to go for long steady rides as apposed to flat out all the time. i haven't been riding long and do not really want to join a club, is there anybody out there as i find it hard to get motivated on my own,, i am 36 and was recently made redundant so can ride anytime. :?:
