Hi everyone,,,,,,
I broke my Shimano chain this morning..... what a bummer... not happy...
I decided to buy a more expensive chain but am new to all this so need some guidance on how to fit it and what tools I will need. (The chain is longer than my old one)
I bought a SRAM PC-991
Bike is 2009 Boardman Pro
Any help... pointers
Cheers :!:

You will need to measure it, and use a chain tool to split it. We have a guide in the FAQ or workshop stickies on how to measure it.
Then simply thread through the mechs and around the cogs, then use the powerlink to join.0 -
Cheers for the help... will try to fit it on the weekend...0
