1994 Kona Cindercone Suntour XC Comp / XC Ltd Update My Bike

Hi there

My poor little cindercone has shed bound for nearly 10 years. Fortunately thanks to my reguarlar servicing (when i was using it) and helpings of lube she still works. I need to update / service my bike. This is not a Microdrive Model.

I used to read MBUK / MBR regularly which kept me to date on the products and tools - can anyone give some good advice on the following???

Where can i get (if needed) a cassette removal tool. I think this cassette had a locking small sprocket (removed with a chain whip). Suntour XC Comp hub and freewheel with 7 speed cassette.

Where can i get the suntour xc pro bottom bracket removal tool

Which brake cables are the best at the moment? (Shimano Deore XT2 1994)

Which are the best gear cables at the moment? (Suntour XC Ltd Accushift 7spd underbar shifters)

Which chain wouild be suitable for the 7 spd suntour drivetrain? (Med cage rear mech Suntour XC Ltd)

Which grease should i be using for the hub / bottom bracket / headset bearings.

Can you recommend a good brake pad for the suntour cantillever brakes? (Aztec pad front / Suntour pad rear)

any cables as they are all of a muchness. (make sure they are stainless though=
any 7spd compatible chain (Sram)
any good quality grease (finishline)
