i like ur thoughts bud hahahaha! boring oxleas is theclosest i get too (live in welling) recently been goin to shorne country park which has a specific cycling route which has been quite good.....let me know if u come up with anything else

i live in chingford, next to epping forest and it has lots of trails to suit all abilitys

same here im in Chingford but venture down to Bedgebury every now and then.

Bromley You've got Hayes / Keston Common. Out to Downe and Addington. Upto "Shirley Hills" via Coney Hall and Bluebell Woods.

Most of it is very simple in the woods xc, theres a few interesting bits, but you gotta find them and join it all up..

As mentioned above there is also Bedgebury down the A21, expensive parking and a tame singletrack course. Bit further and your on the South Downs.
