It's never a good thing when you clean your bikes for the first time in months, and all they need is a light dusting is it?

Just thought I'd come back and say hello :D

Started back at work a few weeks ago, and started running a bit last week, but still not back on the bikes yet.

Don't seem to have any spare time these days, so am not even lurking here much, but I haven't forgotten you all...

Hope you have a great Marlborough ride tomorrow x

Hi Jen! Glad to hear you're better.

Come back to the world of bikes! We miss you!

Jen, if you fancy a very gentle accompanied pootle-style ride soon I need to get back on the bike - rib injury needs to be overcome dammit! (though I have a horrible feeling I may have suffered a set-back yesterday - after 12 straight days of improvement, I'm sorer today, with sharper pains, and I'm terrified I've re-cracked it somehow)

    Hey Jen

    Good to hear from you.

If you want to borrow a turbo trainer to get some bike fitness back up, just shout.
    FCN 2-4.

"What happens when the hammer goes down, kids?"
    "It stays down, Daddy."
    "Exactly."

Hi jen - glad you're feeling better - weather is Scotland was rubbish - high wind and dodgy snow conditons kept us off the summits so we did the WHW from Kings House to Fort William - Devils Staircase has had work done over the winter - lot of loose surface if you're planning on running it soon 8)

    Aw thanks guys :D

I have a TT thanks C, I just haven't been able to bring myself to use it. I think I want to go straight outside on the bike, but until I can put any weight on the shoulder, it's a no go.

Blondie - I'll send you a proper message on fetch.

I'm back on the WHW in just over two weeks actually - supposed to be running the whole thing in 3 days, at the moment it looks as though I'll be walking a lot of it, and so will probably be out for up to 12 hours a day

Back up in April again for the Highland Fling, and running up to FW the next day - I can't wait :D

'Evenin Jen, glad things are healing well. Now if only we could persuade you to give up this running lark and concentrate on a proper sport. 8)
