Big Bike Bags

Just had our communal hallways painted, personally i quite liked the mottled brown tyre print effect but the rest of the residents seem to perfer clean magnolia for some reason.
Partly because i nearly coughed up a lung at the price of the paint job and partly because i've just been busted by the old dear downstairs sneeking the mud monster up to my flat, i think its (almost) time for a solution.
Thought about a bike bag that i could leave by the door, but all the ones in my local shop all require you to take off both wheels, front is ok but the back is too much faff.
Can you get bags that will fit a bike (17") with the rear wheel still on?
cheers
Pat

Go to a bed shop and ask for one of the polythene bags that the mattresses are delivered in, should fit a bike in ok and will be a lot cheaper.0
