    A southern boy, how do you not burst in to flames when riding your bike in that heat? Too hot and humid for me down there in the summer but the food is good!

    Depending on the time of year, begin riding 1 to 1.5 hrs before sunrise and no later than 2 - 2.5 hours afterwards 8) :shock:
