Shoes and Clips - Need Help Please

I'm looking into getting my first pair of road shoes and clips, and iv found a set that i like but am unsure whether or not they fit together and i'm a bit clueless so if anyone knows i'd be grateful for your advice

I don't think so - SPD and Keo don't fit each other.

This may help. Shimano road shoes fit Shimano SPD-SL pedals, which use the same bolt patter as Look, accoding to the link above. Also the listing for the shoes says "Compatible with SPD-SL and Look cleats". Bear in mind, Shimano sizing seems small, I needed size 47 when I usually take 45, so consider going up a size at least.
