Hiring a car with a towball

I am trying to hire a car for a weekend trip to France. The car needs to take 5 adults plus luggage and bikes, I have a bike rack that attaches to a towbar, but I am struggling to find somewhere to hire a suitable car in the London/Kent area.

Has anyone tried and succeeded at this?
