An age old problem

I did the puncheur yesterday,my first sportive and it was great fun
I have one question though,does anyone have any tips on the treatment of saddlesores?
The savlon just ain't doing it for me.

    Boots zinc and castor oil cream.
    Then Body Sports chamois cream.
    Grade 3 sandpaper. :lol:

    you could always use teh traditional Galswegian cure for almost anything, wire brush and detol, does the trick everytime, you will never worry about saddle sores again! :shock:

    I rememeber seeing Sean Kellly one time getting very sulkily indignant when a TV journalist asked him, was it true that he solved his saddle sore problems of yesterday by riding today with a chateaubriand steak down his shorts at the appropriate place.

    Maybe the journalist had spilled the beans?
