I'm on the verge of a biggish spend so some reassurance would be good. Unlike a lot of the others they do have a phone number and do answer the phone.

I bought campo wheels from them, they responded to my emails and telephone calls, the delivery was a bit sluggish, (over a week), but they arrived well packed. When I ran into a problem they offered to help.
  • They are local to me and I've bought a good few bits and bobs off them, always helpful with advice etc. Seem a good bunch of guys

I'm very pleased with them. So good that they are pleased to give you tech advice over the phone. The big downside with Wiggle and some others who are no cheaper.

I placed an order with them over 3 weeks ago.
Told me parts were going to be delayed a week which I was fine with but they still decided to charge my credit card even though the goods had not been despatched.
I have been emailing them constantly for the past two weeks and all I get in response is "management are currently dealing with your request"
They haven't told me if the parts have come in or not or an estimated time of arrival but have still charged my credit card.

The order was for over 1000 pounds.

I am very annoyed to say the least.

I am very annoyed to say the least, the person I have been dealing with is Conor Owens and he seems absolutely useless.

That's good - name and shame!
  • Have heard nothing but good things about them from some of their regular customers.

Shop is like a jumble sale but that's because they carry so much stock. Have been using them more and more recently as they always seems to have what I want at a good price. Friendly guys. Never bought from them over the internet so can't comment on their service as regards that.

I've my next purchases already lined up when funds allow
