Best place to get touring bike serviced in and around London

I know that most of you probably do all this yourselves but I'm about to embark on a big cross Australia tour and want an expert to put on a new chain, lay new cables etc... I am reasonably ok at doing this stuff but would still prefer a professional to do these things and give it the once over.
Seeing as I'll be on my own in the middle of nowhere a lot, I'd rather have a headstart.
Anyone know a good shop that can handle this little request? (I'm in SW London)
Also, anyone know if there is a bike shop that will box a bike for air travel for me?
Honest, I'm not lazy..I just never underestimate my ability to cock things up

Brixton cycles have a good reputation, I've been in the shop but never used them for servicing.

Bike Plus in Croyden are touring specialists, though I've only used them for mail order.
